Invitation to Our Upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM)

We are pleased to invite all our valued Dairy members to attend our upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 13th February 2026. This important meeting provides a platform for reflection, learning, and collective planning as we continue to grow together as a cooperative.

The AGM is more than a statutory requirement; it is a key forum where members actively participate in shaping the future of the cooperative. During the meeting, members will review the cooperative’s performance over the past year, discuss achievements, challenges, and set priorities for the year ahead. This is your opportunity to ask questions, share ideas, and contribute to decisions that affect your dairy enterprise.

A major focus of this year’s AGM will be member growth and cooperative growth. We will present reports highlighting progress in farmer enrollment, milk volumes, service delivery, and partnerships. Members will be updated on how collective strength continues to improve bargaining power, market access, and farmer incomes. Plans for expanding membership and strengthening farmer support programs will also be discussed.

The AGM will also highlight industry best practices that are critical for sustainable dairy farming. Key reports will cover topics such as improved feeding systems, animal health management, milk quality standards, risk management through insurance, and adoption of modern dairy technologies. These insights are designed to help members improve productivity, reduce losses, and remain competitive in a changing dairy industry.

In addition, members will receive key financial, management, and governance reports to promote transparency and accountability within the cooperative. Leadership will outline strategic plans aimed at long-term growth and resilience.
